Spring is in the air! With flowers blooming and birds chirping, there comes a desire to get together with friends. In fact, The Shopping Mama Team in Germany just hosted a fabulous brunch the other day – hopefully the first of many get togethers to welcome the warm weather!
What should you serve at your gathering? Let’s start with the drinks – here are my favorite Spring/Summer Punches.
Champagne Punch. This was amazing- sweet and bubbly, but not over the top. Champagne is a great morning drink- it is light and refreshing. This punch contains raspberries, blueberries and peach, mixed together with simple syrup. It was a big hit in the Aladdin drink dispenser.

Governor’s Mansion Summer Peach Tea Punch. The name says it all- this is a fun way to dress up your tea for entertaining! If you want to be even fancier, you can put a peach slice in each cup, and serve.

Watermelon Punch. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to impress, you can use a watermelon as your punch bowl! Looks delicious! There are so many ways to personalize this punch to suit your party needs: you can add mint, strawberries or raspberries. And, of course, you can add alcohol, such as rum or vodka for an extra zing.

Lemonade. Lemonade is classic spring/summer stand by! It can be done in so many ways- I liked this twist on your traditional lemonade. It can be served spiked or non-alcoholic. My mouth is watering!

Lemon/Mint/Cucumber water. Okay, it’s not a punch, but this infused water was a hit at our brunch. The ladies drank over 10 gallons of it from my new Pottery Barn drink dispenser! I added one lemon, a handful of fresh mint leaves, and one half of a cucumber, and put them in my drink dispenser and filled it with water. Then, I thought it needed something more, so I added another half of a lemon. It was delicious!
